ZED PODS have been commissioned by Newport Council to build a residential development comprising 12 single occupancy apartments, with work due to start in summer 2021 to be completed before the end of the year.
The proposed site is on the Hill Street Car Park in the Wooles area of the Shropshire city, retaining car parking spaces and, with one of the best energy performance levels in social housing in the UK it will be in line with the Welsh Government Decarbonisation Programme.
