ZED PODS as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Construction Solutions framework (RM6184)

The Offsite Construction Solutions framework (RM6184), which runs over seven years and is due to officially launch in April 2023, issued six lots across several sectors via a competitive tendering process.
ZED PODS Limited are pleased to have been named on Lot 3 of Residential Properties. This Lot provides access to the purchase of a suite of turnkey Pre-Manufactured Primary Structural solutions (Category 1) for the provision of Residential Properties, including but not limited to Affordable Housing, Regeneration and Mixed-Use.
ZED PODS offers a complete ‘turn key’ package solution to design and build highly energy efficient, good quality modular homes. Our inhouse architectural team have in depth experience in designing zero-operational carbon homes and pioneering net zero homes, have also achieved planning for schemes in Flood Zone 3. Our operational team have built and handed over award-winning affordable housing schemes all across the UK.
Our public sector clients access our full turn key services from planning, design, offsite manufacture, principal contractor, site transportation, onsite construction and handover phases. We design and deliver all types of turnkey Residential building projects including complex sites such as car parks, infills, garages, brownfield site and areas located in Flood Zone 3 or on roof tops.
