Hours: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday (Full-time)
We are presently looking for highly motivated people to join our design team and to work on a range of projects, from the bold concept stage to the truly rewarding construction stage. The Architectural Technologist is responsible for supporting the Project Leader and the Design Manager, contributing to and assisting in the development of all design stages, as part of the design team, and delivering projects on time and on budget.
The ideal candidate must be eligible to live and work in the UK without a working permit, and with 4-6 years of UK professional working experience required to provide construction drawings and tender packs.
You will have an understanding of the design process and ability to assist the management and delivery of projects, from concept to completion, in a highly organised way with efficient attention to detail, and you will work as a team player with a flexible and open approach to problem solving.
Skills / Requirements
Eligible to live and work in the UK
Minimum 4 years professional experience in the UK
Have excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD system, entry-level of Revit
Be proficient in 3D software and rendering (SketchUp, V-Ray)
CIAT preferable but not essential
University degree in Architectural Technology
Be self-motivated with the ability to work with minimum supervision
Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Preferably based in London or available to move to London
