Office Administrator and Bid Co-ordinator

Location: Home-based plus regular visit to either of our office in London

Bonhill Street, EC2A 4BX and/or Blackheath, SE3 0TN

Hours: 25 hours per week

Summary

The duties and responsibilities as outlined earlier will require a person who has an eye for details, extremely

meticulous, patient, courteous with excellent written and communication skills in English.

​

Must have excellent computer knowledge (including Word, Excel, Word, etc.)

​

The person should also have excellent time-management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work with good attention to details and problem-solving skills, strong organisational and planning skills.

​

The ideal person should have proficiency in English with either a High school diploma or equivalent; college

degree preferred, as the candidate is expected to have Excellent reporting & writing skills, Microsoft Office

skills, Excellent verbal communication skills, analytical and problem solver and a great team-worker.
