A mix of 1,2,3 bed Dwellings, Circulation Space & Amenity.

 

The system creates new homes without using up conventional sites already allocated to housing and removes the need to purchase land to create new affordable homes and communities. Initial studies in London show 30,000 new homes could be created and up to 3,000 homes in Bristol.

ZED PODS urban system can turn car parks into communities including communal areas, walkways and amenity spaces.

The full urban system creates both private and semi-public spaces to be created, accelerating the creation of a strong community.

ZED PODS uses Nationally Described Space Standards Compliant homes and urban standards for distances between habitable rooms, with daylighting and outlook key design principles.
