ZED PODS is collaborating with Maidstone Council and Maidstone Property Holdings to bring our low-carbon, high energy efficient modular homes to residents in the Kent market town.
The council has launched a public consultation on the development, which will consist of 16 Modern Methods of Construction affordable homes, built over the King Street Car Park. As in our Hope Rise development in Bristol, the development will be a mix of one and two bedroom homes, while the offsite construction will limit disruption in the busy car park and the design will also retain the parking spaces beneath the homes.
