The proposed development will be formed of two residential blocks. The two-storey block, block A and the four-storey block, block B, which combined will provide a total of 21 units, a mix of one / two-bed dwellings with wheelchair compliant for full disabled access. The homes will be 100% affordable to meet the local need. The architecture has been arranged on an angle within the site to form an internal triangular garden space which residents will be able to interact with and enjoy.

Communal spaces are created as a spill out area of the natural water stream. The units have been designed using our unique podium structure so that all the units are raised off the floor level by a minimum of 1m above the existing ground level. As such the scheme mitigates the impacts of building in a Flood Zone area.  The ZED PODS podium structure has been approved by the Environment Agency for building in Flood Zones
